We recognize the sensitive nature of security assessment work. All assessment data, findings, and related information are treated as confidential and are governed by the confidentiality provisions in individual service agreements and applicable non-disclosure agreements.
By engaging our security assessment services, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to authorize the assessment activities on the systems and infrastructure in question. Raqibix will not perform any assessment activities without proper written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raqibix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness in our assessments, we do not guarantee that our services will identify all vulnerabilities or that your systems will be completely secure following an assessment.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raqibix LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
